Job Title: Desktop Engineer

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or equivalent years of relevant professional experience.
* Minimum of six (6) years of experience in a client-focused, customer-oriented service, support, or technical role.
* Relevant IT certifications strongly preferred (e.g., Microsoft, Apple, ITIL, PMI).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to connect effectively with diverse audiences.
* Proven ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly language for non-technical audiences.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple short-term tasks and long-term projects simultaneously, escalating issues appropriately when needed.
* Experience with ServiceNow as a ticketing platform.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
* Proficient understanding of basic networking concepts (e.g., IP addressing, gateways, DNS, routing).
* Working knowledge of Active Directory administration and support.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high sense of urgency and adaptability.
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and providing exceptional candidate experience.
